Currently Coveting a Grown Up Bag

I know it sounds silly but sometimes I feel like the purses I buy aren't really considered a "grown up" bag. You know those bags that you see in a store and you think are adorable and even better they're only $40 to $50! I think this year I need to break down and invest in a real "grown up" bag, with some of the one's on my wish list I might be able to afford a month's rent. But hey you only live once!

During my daily pinning the other day I stumbled across an interior design firm that put together a coastal design scheme so eloquently. Geoff Chick and Associates does an exceptional job of using splashes of blues and greens paired with neutrals, exposed wood flooring, statement lighting, and so much more!

When I think of my bathroom I never really think "Gee, maybe I'll sit and stay awhile!" as I'm getting ready. To me the bathroom is the place where you wander in and out of as your applying makeup, blow drying your hair, changing outfits numerous times. However, looking at some of these pictures makes me wish I did have a nice comfy chair to get ready in!

A little inspiration for the week...

Currently Coveting Boots and Scarves

I love everything that has to do with fall- the changing of the leaves, comfort food, warm coffee on a cold morning...and the fashion. It's my favorite season to shop and dress for, there's just something so comforting about snuggling up in a good over sized sweater or slipping on a pair of boots to venture out in. As I've started to think about my purchases for this season, I wanted to capture some of my schemes for mixing and matching. Which is always a good way to stretch a dollar or two :)
