I know, I know, I've been MIA for the past oh 6 months?? To say that work has been insane would be a cop out so I'm just going to apologize and promise to do better with my posts for 2014!

I know, I know here I go again with the cream/white obsession! But can you honestly look at these pictures and not fall in love with the neutrality of the color?! You can do so much with such a simple color that it's amazing; from pops of color to staying cream on cream or white on white. 

The possibilities are endless!!

I am so often wowed by numerous designer's and HLS Interiors is no different! Her work is the perfect mix of charming, modern and sleek. I absolutely love how she uses small patterns as pops in different rooms; it's done in such a subtle way that it never appears overwhelming!

Lattice is one of those design tools that can be used in numerous ways. Whether it be outside in your garden, as a fence or inside as an elaborate entry way; it adds a casual feel to any space.

Design | Safari Lodging

I don't know about you but travelling to Africa and venturing out on a safari is definitely on the top of my bucket list....minus the FREAKISHLY long flight, I'm sure it's totally worth it :)

Especially if I get to stay in a hotel like the one below, I mean just look at these pictures! The view alone is breath taking, but the bed really seems the most inviting. I can just imagine myself passing out to the silent sounds all around me after a long day of sightseeing.

After laying eyes on this house I feel the need to instantly hop on a plane and fly to Southport, CT. I mean honestly who wouldn't want to wake up to these views?! And the grey? I mean I know I'ma huge white fan but I'm almost tempted to tell my obsession to move over and make room for the grey! I love how it's neutral with still adding some shade to the spaces!

I don't know about you but I love console tables!! Personally I have quiet a few throughout my house, I just think it adds such a nice touch to any room especially right under a mirror. Best of all they add additional space for a vignette! Art work, knick knacks, flowers, books, etc. The possibilities are endless when it comes to console tables!

I think it's clear from these pictures that Mukoka Living Interiors is in good taste if you're looking to re-do your lake house. Seriously you can walk out of your living room and be right next to your speed boat!!
